Refund and Returns Policy

At Metro FoodPark, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund as per the guidelines below.


Return Policy

  1. Eligible Products

    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

    • Food items are eligible for return only if they are damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery.

  2. Non-Returnable Products

    • Ready-to-eat and perishable food items (such as snacks, sweets, beverages, etc.).

    • Opened packages or partially used products.

    • Products purchased under special offers, discounts, or combo packs.

  3. Return Timeline

    • For food items – return or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

    • For non-food items (such as packaged kitchen products) – return requests can be made within 7 days of delivery.


Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

  • If your return request is rejected, we will inform you with a clear explanation.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or UPI app again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take a few extra days for the refund to reflect.

  3. If you still haven’t received the refund, please reach out to us at support@metrofoodpark.com or call our customer care.


Exchanges

  • Only defective or damaged products will be eligible for exchange.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team.
